Three newly elected parties support Agenda for Justice

Three out of the six parties that have endorsed the Agenda for Justice are elected to the Verkhovna Rada of the next convocation: http://justiceagenda2019.org.ua/en

They are the Servant of the People, the Batkivshchyna and the Holos.

We very much expect that very soon MPs from these parties will start to implement the list of  requirements put forward by NGOs. Namely:

• renewal of the penalty for illicit enrichment
• real judicial reform
• transparent contests to the Constitutional Court
• deprivation of the SBU’s excessive functions
• reforms of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police
• restart of some of anti-corruption bodies
• reform of the prosecutor’s office, restarting the SBI and establishing a Financial Investigation Service
• approval of anti-corruption policy
• maintaining international procurement of medicines

Of the parties also elected to the parliament, only the Opposition Platform for Life and European Solidarity did not support the Agenda.
