NABU issued the first indictment following e-declaration investigation

On January 26, NABU filed to the court indictment in illicit enrichment regarding a former judge, issued following investigation of his e-declaration.  The ex-judge is indicted in fraud in asset declaration and illicit enrichment worth of 17 million UAH.

This is the first case following analysis of public officials’ e-declarations to be sent to the court.

According to NABU, they are investigating  approximately 60 cases following analysis of the e-declarations of public officials.
