MPs failed to cancel e-declarations for anticorruption activists

On March 22, the Parliament missed the last change to abolish or postpone e-declaration obligation for the anticorruption activists.

The parliament failed to even include into the agenda draft laws that offered to postpone the deadline for submission of e-declarations for anticorruption activists; draft laws on abolishment of e-declarations were not even offered for consideration.

Since this was the last day of parliamentary session before March 31, the deadline for submission of e-declarations, no more opportunity is left to free anticorruption activists and individuals related to any anticorruption activity from obligation to submit e-declarations for 2017.
