Courts eased preventive measures for NABU defendants

Over the week the courts eased preventive measures in a number of cases brought by NABU:
– judge Buran, accused of receiving a 18,5 thousand USD bribe, who shot at NABU detectives during a detention operation. He was released under house arrest on February 6 and now can influence on the investigation. The judge was the last accused in NABU cases who was held in a remand prison.
– MPs Polyakov and Rozenblat were allowed to take off electronic bracelets on February 8 and 9 respectively. They are accused in the “amber mafia” case.
