AntAC achieved termination of 21 million UAH agreement with all participants of tender being connected people

AntAC achieved termination of a 21 million UAH agreement, where all participants of the tender were connected.

The Department on housing and utilities of the Dnipropetrovsk oblast state administration ordered construction of a water supply line from Kryvyi Rig town to the village Zelenyi Hay.

AntAC lawyers detected that all participants of the tender are connected: some by the same management, some – by the contact person.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast state administration answered to AntAC’s appeal that on October 30 the Department on housing and utilities terminated the agreement.
