Launch of the electronic system of public procurements Prozorro (rather than paper tenders) is intended to reduce corruption through increasing transparency and efficiency, boosting competition and introducing online bidding procedures. All public procurements (of state and local budgets, and state companies) have been transferred to Prozorro.
