Land cadastre

Publicly available cadastral map of Ukraine was accessible from 1 January 2013 on the official website of Hoszemagentstvo. However, until 2015 it did not offer information on the owner of a land plot (the map showed only the cadastral number and land use) and was not integrated with the Registry of rights to immovable property. Since 2015, the map provides information on the owner or permanent user of land. The land cadastre is an effective mechanism to combat abuses in land relations, corruption, and concealment of land ownership. Additionally, the open land cadastre is a prerequisite for a transparent land market in Ukraine.
