Those having to declare their assets should indicate legal entities that they or their family members are beneficiaries, irrespective of the jurisdiction where these entities are registered. The completeness and accuracy of the submitted information is verified by NACP. NABU is also permitted to verify beneficial ownership in the framework of criminal proceedings.
